Top quality wheat bag, shaped to fit your neck and shoulder area. This wheat bag wheighs over 1 kg, the weight helps the heat penertrate deep into your muscels relieving tension aches and pains.

The wheat bag is made from quality fleece material, which has been made into sections so that the wheat stays in place where it is needed.

The wheat bag comes fragrance  free, if you want it to smell, or you don't like the smell of the wheat simply add a couple of drops of essential oil.

The wheat bag can be used hot or cold, microwave for 3-4 minutes tomake it hot, it will remain hot for approx 3/4 of an hour. To make the wheat bag cold place it in the self seal bag provided and put it in the freezer for 2 hours. It is a good idea to keep it in the freezer when its not in use so if it is needed cold it is always ready to use.
