A quality wheat bag made from fleece material. The wheat bag is made into sections so that the wheat stays in place, and doesn't all fall to the ends when in use,

This wheat bag can be used for most parts of the body.

The wheat bag is fragrance free, if you would like it to have a fragrance simply sprinkle a couple of drops of essential oil to the fleece material

The wheat bag can be used hot or cold, to use hot simply place in the microwave for 2/3 minutes it will stay hot for approx 1/2 an hour. To use cold place the wheat bag in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours.

It is a good idea to store your wheat bag in the freezer, so that is always ready to use cold.
